Principal Engineer
Rizwan Ishaq brings over 20 years of experience specializing in quality assurance, quality control, and construction management for major infrastructure projects. His expertise spans rail systems, roadways, bridges, parking structures, and commercial and residential developments.
As Principal Engineer at R&A Consulting, Inc., Mr. Ishaq leads the Construction Services team, overseeing project management, field operations, and the construction materials testing laboratory.
Prior to joining R&A Consulting, Mr. Ishaq served as Construction Manager at Volkert, Inc., where he successfully managed QA/QC projects for clients including :
